Working closely with Neste, LIWLIG designed a parking lot with a capacity for 2,000 cars and a terminal building adjacent to the refinery. The terminal served as a hub for contractors to manage access permits and provided a pathway to the refinery. Round-the-clock bus transportation was arranged to transport employees between the terminal and the refinery.

In addition to prioritizing safety and efficiency, LIWLIG incorporated elements from event planning to enhance the customer experience. Best practices were applied to create a sense of enjoyment and community spirit throughout the turnaround process.
