LIWLIG Embraces the Experience Trend and Turns It into an Opportunity for Its Clients

LIWLIG brings a showroom to the Mall of Tripla shopping center, combining physical and digital customer experiences.

We live in an experience-driven economy, where people seek memorable experiences and shared moments more than material possessions. For brands, this has led to increased investments in experiential marketing, which often means executions such as immersive retail spaces, showrooms, or visitor centers. LIWLIG has seized this trend and is introducing a demo showroom at the Mall of Tripla, showcasing the potential of experiential spaces and demonstrating how to build a holistic brand experience by integrating physical and digital interactions.

"Current trends in retail spaces and B2B sales emphasize the importance of engaging, immersive experiences. The Space Odyssey showroom in Tripla is our showcase of what is possible with such implementations. Experiences create opportunities for both B2B and B2C brands, offering new dimensions for brand and customer engagement. Space Odyssey is a demonstration of the synergy between branding, storytelling, and technology. The space presents solutions for corporate showrooms, office spaces, trade fairs, product demos, and exhibitions.

"Brands that do not typically utilize physical spaces or retail spaces for customer engagement may struggle to grasp how they could benefit from them and what experiential marketing could mean in their case. To help brands discover these opportunities, we have created Space Odyssey—an exploration into the world of experiences. We believe that the best way to understand the power of an experience is to experience it", Komulainen continues.

LIWLIG wants to challenge brands to rethink how merging physical and digital touchpoints can enhance customer engagement and is ready to revolutionize the way brands communicate.

The showroom will be open to invited guests at the Mall of Tripla from during spring 2025.
